What's the Econic Clay Material 

The raw materials are common red / yellow / white mud, crushed stone, sand, fly ash, cement waste, slag and other inorganic substances. After collecting, color separation and crushing into microscopic magnitude powder, the particles are modified with specific surfactant so that each particle is coated with an active substance in a mesh-like multi-fold structure and granulated into an ecological environmental material at low temperature. This material is named "econic clay" in English speaking countries. The Chinese industry standard names it "modified clay materials-MCM".

Since this material was invented by PHOMI, it is also named "PHOMI econic clay material".

 Unique Feature-Long-lasting formaldehyde removal and antibacterial function

The special ultra-fine mineral clay powder has a large proportion of surface area and can adsorb formaldehyde, benzene, bacteria and other harmful organic components.

A non-toxic and inorganic antibacterial formaldehyde remover is added during the manufacturing process, which is a high-tech product funded by the National 863 Program, theNational Torch Program, the National Innovation Fund and the Key New Product Program. It has needle-like active centre and tip effect that does not need UV excitation like photocatalyst, but can generate and release active oxygen repeatedly by the excitation of mixed ions, thus decomposing small organic molecules such as formaldehyde and benzene adsorbed by the ultra-fine mineral clay into water and CO2.This product enables the continuous decomposition of harmful gases such as formaldehyde and benzene and the killing of harmful bacteria for decades. This function can be added to the PHOMI products according to the customer's needs.

1.After do basic level processing,dropped bomb line positioning.

2.GuaJiang behind products,full pulp rate above 80%，pull the saw tooth pattern.

3.Hands move product,adjust the slit width.With plastic board evenly pat solid product,make its paste firmly.

4.Plastic filling slurry caulking.

5.In the caulking agent work partly,with round steel bar groove joint.

6.Overflow slurry on the surface of the product for its initial setting,with scraper scrape,do not wet wipe.

7.Dust with a dry sponge.

8.After the completion of the construction effect.
