Real and fake MCM Material
True MCM is made of environmentally friendly active clay (econic clay) and environmental protection polymer hybridization, the scientific name of "modified inorganic powder composite building finish sheet", MCM is its English abbreviation.
Due to the long time of self-hardening molding of econic clay, but the weather resistance is long, through the hybridization, polymer cross-linking makes it possible to derive industrial MCM from econic clay. In the sun and rain, the polymers in the MCM are bound to age, and this process gives the econic clay time to absorb enough water to activate and form, making the MCM have a long life. This is why the artificial aging test of MCM can reach more than 3,500 hours, which is equivalent to a life cycle of more than 50 years.
