The raw materials are common red / yellow / white mud, crushed stone, sand, fly ash, cement waste, slag and other inorganic substances. After collecting, color separation and crushing into microscopic magnitude powder, the particles are modified with specific surfactant so that each particle is coated with an active substance in a mesh-like multi-fold structure and granulated into an ecological environmental material at low temperature. This material is named "econic clay" in English speaking countries. The Chinese industry standard names it "modified clay materials-MCM". Since this material was invented by PHOMI, it is also named "PHOMI econic clay material".

 

 

Usually, industrial products age and fade after being kissed by sunlight and rain, but products derived from eco-friendly active clay (econic clay) are different.

Phomi Flexible Rock Panel is certified by the European Union as Class A fire resistant. Therefore it is especially suitable for use in high-class hotels, residences, schools, hospitals and other building environments where fire resistance is required.

 

2)Humidity control and moisture absorption

 

Clay has the function of regulating humidity, so the flexible rock panel made of clay as raw material also has good breathability. Even in the rainy season, it can prevent the growth of mold and virus by preventing moisture absorption.
